Can I remove my wife from the title of my home, their are no liens, or loans against it and she has never worked and made payments.

OP, if there are two names on the deed to your home, each person own half.

You can't legally remove her name anymore than she can legally remove yours.

You can offer to buy her share of the property.

She can accept or refuse.

In a common law state, if your name appears on the ownership document, registration or title, you own it.

If two names appear on the deed, you each own an equal share.

However, common law holds that your spouse has legal right to claim a fair and equitable portion of your property in divorce; in most cases, two-thirds go to the higher wage earner, one-third to the other spouse.
