My home was searched based on a ckaim by my ex-wife . At the time there were 2 other people.living in mh home.
a box of syringes was found and they alsi searched my vehicle which wasnt on the warrent and i. wasnt asked. my friend had a rifle in there until he could get it to hia fathers house. the color of my rrailer, the descriptiin of the porch was wrong ans it stated itwas a doublewide not a single wide. is that enough to have the entire
case thrown out of court

None of that will matter if it was contraband.

I suggest you plead not guilty, ask for a lawyer, speak only to that lawyer, and wait.

One thing is for sure, nothing can be done about any of that on here.
