Hi I'm a single mother of 3 beauitful children. My son that's 4 is disabled. I recieve no child support from their father that is a drug addict. Is there any way that I can have him sign over his rights of the children so I don't have to deal with CSE. I'm on welfare also.
I know that I'll never get any child support. He is always in jail for drugs or domestic violence. He is in and out of their lives that my children are so confused and depressed. They usually take it out on me. I'm just tired of it. I want nothing to do with him. He tried to kill me and my two older children. But the courts in Ohio think that it's okay for a father that tested positive for crack cocaine and arrested for possesstion of it 2 days after being tested to be in the childrens life.
