We Are Now 2 Months Behind On The Timeshare Payments.We Have Enough Money Each Month For Food And To Pay For The Items And Bills Necessary To Get By.We Both Work But When Her Ex Husband Stopped Paying Child Support Which Was An Extra Amount That This Household Had Coming In..Now We Do Not Have The Funds To Pay The $300 A Month Extra And Silver Leaf Resorts Are Threatening Attorneys Etc. If We Don't Come Up With 267.00 In 3 Days..What I See Happening Is This We Can't Make Payment We Can't Borrow So What Happens To Us Now.. Percentage Rate Is 17.4% Question: Is "LPMI" Usually Taken Out By These Companies? Please Advise Us On The Next Steps..

It's impossible to say what will happen and wish we could be of more assistance. Apparently you are also dealing with HUD, which is a governmental agency. Obviously you should be having a conversation as soon as possible to see if you can work something out - although don't expect sympathy if there is just get without being able to give.
