An officer pulled into my driveway to issue a ticket for tailgating to my fiancee. The ticket (and offense) happened at 2p, but the officer waited until his shift started to issue the ticket at 3:30p. Is this legal?

Not sure this will make much of a difference but I'm confused as to what you mean -- did the officer make you wait 90 minutes? The bottom line here is that you were guilty of an offense and the exact time might be peripheral to the issue here and not a critical "flaw."Originally posted by rabidrabbit21
