Im originally from Nj Been living in wis for 19 yrs now, I have old tickets in nj for DUI I had my Wis D.L here, now nj wants to suspend my license, is there a time limit for this.

No, because they probably are doing it on the basis of a bench warrant for failure to appear or as some part if your sentence.

I would agree with Army. You failed to appear and that will last forever until you take care of it. Besides that DUI isn't speeding, that's a serious offense.
