We were left property, money etc. Almost 15 years ago a final accounting was done on the estate, but not with probate court. They don't have any of the inventory. 6 months ago we started getting letters about shares, and stocks that were sitting still in our Aunts name, who was the one who left us the estate. We called the executrix, and she admitted to also having a bank account with money in it that belong to us. Now she said she was doing the paperwork on it, but it's been 6 months. She has really been dragging her feet. Next month will make 15 years, what is the time limit in massachusetts for this type of cituation? Any advice?
