Personal Bankruptcy Time Between Filings

Good Morning,

My question is, I had filed Chapter 7 1/29/03 and unfortunately am faced to do so again. The span of time used to be every 7 year's in the past between filings. Is this still the case in Louisiana or has it been increased?
