I looked up my driving record. It has 2 points for a 5 over ticket in a different county and I have recieved a PJC for a ticket 2 and a half years ago in the county I reside. I got another ticket today, in the same county for 9 over. Is this worth getting a lawyer? or would it be a smarter choice to goto court by myself. If i get this ticket knocked down to 5 over, would that spark the PJC hitting my license and/or insurance? The officer said 9 over is no insurance points, but I am confused as to whether or not the PJC will show up as well as the 9 over or not. PLEASE HELP
