I don't know how old your son is but someone (you/your son) might want to talk to an attorney & see what he/she can do for him to get the best outcome possible.
 
Wow. Not good. Was he written up for reckless?
This is going to be very expensive. If he is young he might catch a lucky break for a first offense.
He may not qualify for traffic school unless the offense is amended to something else.
 
He was written up for feckless and not pulling over to the right. He is a minor who just got his lic. six months ago.
 
You definitely want to get a lawyer for him. Hopefully, the offenses/charges can be reduced.
 
He is going to lose his license and your insurance rate will explode if you keep him on your policy. He won't qualify for traffic school unless the offense is changed.
This is going to be expensive for you. He may not get his license back until he is 18 and his insurance will stay high until the reckless comes off his driving record.
