My son got a ticket in kansas for 10 over the speed limit. The officer did not put any speed on the ticket, but put the fine on the back. When my son went to pay the fine the officer had put speeds that where incorrect on the top sheet sometime later on the place he should have when it happen. Should this ticket be dismissed? And if so for what reasons.
