Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication think i'm in trouble

i've been sick for about a month and i went to pharmacy yesterday to buy some cough med. this med has codeine in it but in sc you can sign for it. the pharmacist wanted my dr. to call and tell him it was ok for me to have. i called back and acted like dr's nurse and said ok. i didn't call in prescription because in sc you don't have to have prescription but i did use a docotrs name. i did not go back and get meds because i was scared. please answer someone so i'll know if i'm in trouble. thanks
