Will I go to jail for 4 retail theft charges ? Three of them I got citations for but this last on they turned it over to the district attorneys office for one count of retail theft charges. Will I go to jail

It it's unlikely you will get jail time but not impossible. You better watch it. With your priors a petty theft can potentially be charged as a felony.
