Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Theft 50-500 non-disclosure help

I have a theft charge from Feb 5 2007 I was advised to get an order of non-disclosure when i went to court, although it is now 2 years later I have not done so because i haven't looked into it. I need to know if I can do it without hiring a lawyer I am now unemployed and don't have the funds and cant really get a job because of my record.

How do i go about filing for an order of non-disclosure?
