I have been with my x for 3+yrs. We have a son. We decided I would not work and provide fulltime care for our son and our home. Since last nov, things got real bad, the fighting was more and more. I had to ask him to leave. He actually had me evicted from our home. So my son and I moved out. He wouldnt give me any money, would take things from me, my car, my cell, change passwords to my accounts, anything to gain control over me. I had to then file for child support, and in return he was granted visitation. Which I violated due to him calling my new place {I was renting a basement apt} he called 30-50 times one night after 11pm. The woman asked me to leave, for she had 2 children of her own and was in fear for them, I couldnt blame her. I was forced to a dom. violence shelter with my son. Due to this, my x was granted temp cust. The following day, he returned our son to me, and asked I return home. I did. Now we have a all day trial next week. I have no legal reprasentation. I need help as to what questions to ask. I usually lose my self and break up in tears.
