We were both really young when our daughter was born. When we got divorced and fighting for custody for our daughter, I had a fight with her brother and was put in jail and missed our court hearing. The court papers says that I get visitation at her say so. However she has not let me talk to our daughter in six months, threw away all of the presents and cards that I send her, and according to my exmother in law She tells our daughter that her father doesn't care for her or else he would be in Colorado not in Idaho. I am now getting remarried, and I have my life back on track, Is there a form or a way I can ask for visitation to be ajusted without having to hire a lawyer. Or know where I can find a lawyer that isn't going to cost me 4,000 down.
