Termination

    I was recently fired from my job for internet usage. However I feel I was wrongly terminated because everyone at my job uses the internet, even the person that fired me. There were untrue accusations made in the termination form that I was shown. I know I was wrongly terminated but I dont know what to do can someone give me some advice.

    Are you stating that you were fired for the exact same usage as other employees or was your usage different?

    According to the company's code of conduct, internet use is internet use it doesnt matter what site you were on. So yes other employee were on the internet as well.

    I'm not sure what that means -- are you prohibited from using the Internet at all? Is it for work use only?

    the internet usage is forbidden for everyone, however everyone is using it including my manager, but I got fired. Im starting to think it was personal.
