How would I give up my rights to a child that I am a mother too but never see. She has no idea who I am has seen me once in a very long time. My ex has her and she wants nothing to do with me and I would really like to let her grow up not having to suffer not having me in her life. I want her to find me one day and hear the truth of what happened. I would really like some advice on how this works.

As you no longer choose to see the child, what you're seeking would be useless.
Besides, giving up maternity is daunting, expensive, and normally impossible.
So, stay away, like you've been doing.
