This is a case in Texas.

The final order was signed just over 1 year from the initiation of the case, which is longer than allowed in the code, but the time for perfecting an accelerated appeal has passed.

Can this order be attacked via restricted appeal?

I should qualify my post to mention that there was a concerted pattern of intimidation in the original case. I wonder also if I have a cause of action for conspiracy to deny custody. Please let me know if I should be invest energy in this - it's a very emotional issue as I'm sure you can gather.
