I have been raising my grandaughter for 6 years now since her mom gave up her rights and I got gaurdianship. For the past six months or so her father has been seeing her and taking her on a few weekends and a week at time here and there. Now he's taking me to court for termination of gaurdianship and trying to get custody. Do I have any rights like grandparents rights? I think it might be good that he's straightening up his life with a new wife, job and being a recovering alcholic. But i'd sure like to see her every or every other weekend if possible. How and what should I do to get ready for the court hearing?
