Terminated or not Terminated

My jurisdiction is: ID

I have worked for my employer for 11+ years and due to a customer complaint was Suspended, Most suspensions are for 3 days, I am on day 4 going into 5, I haven't had any recent Disceplinary action other than a being late a few times in over a year, I didn't sign anything before the suspension or after I was informed of the suspension and my phone calls have not been returned, am I terminated or what and what are my rights?

I have no idea if you've been terminated or not.

Your rights are to file for unemployment if you're not being paid and to look for new work if you find it necessary. In the meantime, nothing you have posted suggests that your employer has done anything illegal or violated any of your rights.
