my problem is tenant only paid me 1/2 month rent, and said she would pay the rest if she didn't move by the 17th of the month. well she didn't move until september 5th which mean she still own me half for august and september. also he detroy the apartment and it's cost my mother over $3,ooo to repair apartment to rent again. how can my mother get her money. this person do work. she work at the UNITED STATE POST OFFICE
