Our tenant is a nurse, & has rented from us about three years. Due to poor health insurance, & bad choices, she has filed bankruptcy. We are listed first, the rent is $350.00, month to month. The paperwork says our rights might be affected. What are some things we need to be aware of? If she doesn't work, will we have to get permission from the trustee to evict? Also, we are under market rent now, I don't want to be locked in for 36 months, like it is indicating. Any info will be appreciated.
