please help me !!!! my wife and I filed for a no-fault divorce in August 2005 we decided on joint custoday with my son to live with me and I would have primary care of him with her paying support and having visitation I then feel very ill and almost lost my life a good friend was taking care of my child at this time but when she notified my soon to be x about my condition she came adn took the child and left the state to live with her new boyfriend whom she was currently pregnant by and whom was not working then when I recooperated and went back to work I was notified that she stopped the divorce while I was in the hospital and was also informed that she was not bringing my child back and that I would have to battle itout in court now it has been almost two years she filed false documents with the court in 2006 to get tempory custoday of my son with no proof but the judge signed them anyways but appointed my son a guardian to determine the best intrest of my son once the divorce was to be heard it was ordered in the temporary custody that I pay child support and that all visits would be supervised by the wife and the courts I was givin four hours twice a month then in August 2007 my divorce went to court and my sons attorney told the judge that I was not a threat to my child and that she seen no reason to keep the order in place however my wife had a child while still married to me at the time but paternity had not been astablished so he ordered us both to have it done within 90 days before he would grant the divorce and decide child custody of our son and that the guardian would keep periododic checks on both me and my wife and the enviornments of the child now there are and have been multiple problems that have come up one being her nor her live in boyfriend showed up for the paternity testing two she is pregnant again and three a new judge was elected over the old judge who made the previous ruling and last but not the least my wife had taken my child out of state again without the knowledge of his attorney or even me until I contacted her about my visitation then I recieved a certified letter telling me that if I wanted to visit him I would have to come to that state which is almost 1000 miles from me I have now made both my attorney and my sons attorney aware of the situation but by no avail am getting results this is going into my second month with no visits and only two phone calls in which the mother tried to degrade me and had my son calling me a looser even though I work and niether she or her boyfriend work is there anything I can do to get my son back in the state where I live until my divorce can be heard also how long is a temporary custoday order good for since the judge who wrote it is no longer the judge due to oosing his election plus my sons attorney told the last judge I was not a threat to my child and I am still married to her and there is no proof that I have done anything wrong she wanted the divorce I gave her one then she does this to me I have paid a lawyer twice and ended up with the short end so far and she has been handed all the help and has managed to take both my son and most all my diginity too please someone help me thank you

Heythe only thing I can tell you that might work for you is to file a contempt of court you can do this yourself by apearing in court in front of a circuit or municipial judge or you can go to the childs attorney and your own attorney and get them to do it then they will arrest her for contempt if she refuses to come back
