my girl freind is messing around with a marry man.she keeps leaving me and my 2 small children to be with him.can i get temperary custody of my minor children age 8,10.thank you for your help...

So you want to break off the relationship? Sure, you can file for custody. Her cheating on you if not necessarily a reason for the courts to give you custody. If you have been an involved father you have just as much of a chance as she does.

Question, has paternity been established? Since you are not married you might have fewer rights in some states.

thank you for that answer.i did have a dna test for my little girl.it came back that i was the father,my other kid a boy we did not have a dna test but i did sign his birth certificate.im keeping a log about everything that she is doing.so i dont forget any thing.
