I have a friend who was unfaithful to his wife, first when he was separated (physically, not legally) from her, then again when he got back together with her. These were both with the same person, and it is likely that he'd seek a relationship with this individual if they do get divorced.
His wife is now saying that she wants to keep him from seeing the children as much as possible, trying to have him only get supervised visitation. She only has knowledge of the relationship her husband had when he left her. Is it even possible she could get a ruling so severe with only a single count of infidelity? I believe the children need both parents and she is being unreasonable. What type of information would she need to keep him to only supervised visitation?
Comments and feedback are appreciated
