I have a few questions. My 15 year old (soon to be 16) sister is now pregnant by her 17 year old boyfriend. I need to know the law.
1.) Is she now allowed to make her own decisions?
2.) Are we allowed to stop her from seeing her boyfriend?
3.) Can we force her to live with us?

1) Is she now allowed to make her own decisions? About her own health care and that of her baby, yes. But she is not legally emancipated, if that is your question.
2.) Are we allowed to stop her from seeing her boyfriend? Assuming that you are her legal guardian, yes.
3.) Can we force her to live with us? With the same qualifier, yes.

Just to be clear, getting pregnant did not emancipate her except medically. Whoever has legal custody of her still has legal custody of her and still has control over her. She is NOT now a legal adult; she does NOT now get to move out of the house; she does NOT get to make all her own decisions in defiance of her legal guardians, whoever that might be.

But unless you personally are her court appointed legal guardian, you personally do not either. Where are her parents?
