my manager at my job yells at me alot and is always on my case about cutting hair. i have been at my job for about 5 yrs, and since she has been their she is harrasing people specially me and it is stressing me out. she knows i dont cut hair but she says this is a place where ,whwn people walk in they ask for a hair cut. but everything else im good at. i work partime cause i have kids. and she knows i cant work late. she waves her hands at me and gives me bad looks. and i think she might be racist. one time i had asked to use a flat iron to promote for the salon. she okayed it. i had sold a few flat irons for about 200 each in one day i was so excited. so the next three days i had off people used the flat iron to cell.when i came back to work i told a client about it and it didn't work. So i put it back because someone used it and didn't tell her cause she was scared.so when she came to work the next day i guess she found it, i had came back from my break, here she comes i could here her talking and yelling out my name out loud infron of clients and the receptionist and associates she asked me of all people "is this broken,i said ummm i guess, she says so its broken i said i guess so. she says it again and stomps all the way to her office i felt harrased i thought why did she come straight to me and no one else i thought u are pregidist, i asked her why she approached me and no one else i said out loud. i said to her i felt like u were blaiming me for breaking it she says no i didn't even think u did it i thought well she wanted to blame me . why did she come and acuse me cause im black. she didn't think to ask anyone else but i whatched her come straight to me knowing that about 5 other people used it. what should i do?
