Tapeing telephone conversations w/o prior consent

My jurisdiction is: Florida/Georgia

Is it allowed to tape telephone conversations with a coworker w/o his/her prior consent?

In Florida, consent of all parties is required before a conversation can be taped.

Georgia only requires that one party to the conversation be made aware.

Your employer does not need to approve it in either state and can take discplinary action against you for taping without permission.

can recording on a cell phone use used in court or are the usually dismissed because of not being able to clearly recognize peoples voices.
