Taking a paternity test

I have a19 year old son who's previous girlfriend called to say she is pregnant. She is currently married but seperated in the state of Florida. Her mom wants him to take a paternity test at 12 weeks pregnant. My son kicked her out for going back to her husband about 12 weeks ago. Should he take the paternity test or wait until the bay is born? He had to get a restraining order against the girlfriend because her husband dumped her also.

Paternity test are not done until child is born period! He gives her no money until paternity is established

She is dumb for wanting a paternity test in utero. Her mother has no rights to tell her she has to take a paternity test now. It is very risky and most of the time labs will not even do it. I would wait until the baby is born. Until he knows for sure this baby is his I would not give her anything and limit communication with her.
