Taekwondo Contract

I signed a Taekwondo Contract for my son and after a week of him going he decided he didn't want to go anymore so I tried to cancel it and this company that take cares of the membership for this place said well that will be 3500.00 I know now I have a couple of options have someone to take over my contract, have the manager cancel it, or close my bank account to stop the payments. I need to know what could they do to me if I close my bank account.

They can send the balance to collections and you will have to pay the balance plus the collection fees. The best thing here is for you to try to see if the manager can cancel it or have someone take over the contract. Hope this helps!

I intend on not paying them at all so if I close my bank account can they sue me or just send it to a collections and it appear on my credit report.

Or you could just keep sending your son, and make him work it off.

I don't make my son do something he doesn't want to do I was asking what they can do if I refuse to pay.

The answer to your question is if you close the account, yes they can sue you or send it to collections and yes, if balance unpaid, it will be on your credit report.
