on 8/24/2009 i was pulled over in romulus for what i dont know.i had an outstanding warrant in a diff.city an was arrested on that warrant.never recieved any tickets/paperwork/nothing at the scene.60 days later i find out that romulus has charged me with driving on susp.lic.can they do this,why didnt i get the ticket at the scene?was a ticket even written at the scene whats up with all this
 
Sure, you can receive a citation by mail.

Check with your state's licensing authority.

They probably suspended your license.

They can tell you why.

The citation shows why you were charged in Romulus.

They probably got a hit in NCIC and waited to confirm before actually citing you from the state.

Show up in court and you'll get more information on your charge.

Hire a lawyer and let him do the work, if you want to save yourself some headache.

A GOOD lawyer can make MOST of this disappear.
