supervisor harassment

i am still in the process of waiting what will most likely be another very long many months in my case, however, my direct sup and manager wrote me up corrective action for using approved fmla/cfra, continued verbal harassment for using protected time, etc. i think i have known all along that this case will end in my favor, but it is still a long road to final resolution. i just thought i would share this information...
