Successor Conservatorship

I've just been appointed Successor Conservator of my sister's estate. I was advised to contact an attorney immediately to assist me in my role as Conservator. I'm pretty much know that I will have to keep detailed records and account for monies as to how it is spent on her behalf from month to month and yearly records, but what other roles must I be aware of as Conservator?
