I live in an apartment complex on my university's campus but the apartment is independent housing. I recently had someone sign a sublease for the summer that has it written the amount I owe the apartment and that my sublet owes to me over the course of the time he will be staying there. I have tried to get into contact with him about handing over my keys and getting first month's rent from him and haven't heard back. If he doesn't respond and I don't get the rent money what are my options as he signed a sublease formed that was approved by my landlord.
