i have copyright trademark my name under common law a company ive been requsting documents from have been sent my copyright notice and user agreement after 3 letters requsting documents they have not supplied them but today i received a letter of default this letter with my name on it is a trademark infrenment can i use it in a court of law as a counterclaim

Honestly - I don't understand what any of this means. It sounds like you've got an infringement problem - or do you?
