My husband has had custody of his children for 9 years now. We recently found out their mother has comitted a felony. She did some jail time and is now on probation. She is required to buy our children tickets to visit her for the summer, but we also found out she has lost her driving privleges. The nearest Airport to her house is at least an hour. Now with new felony conviction we are concerned about our childrens safety. If she gets in anymore trouble she will end up in jail. We our in another country right now and fear extremely for our childrens safety and well being. What should we do?? Can we make a motion to the courts for the safety of our kids???

they are dad's children not ours

our children our childrens our childrens our kids???

you seriously need to knock this off, before it causes your husband problems. they are HIS kids with his ex, not OURS. you are stepping way over the line here both legally and morally, and could cause your husband to lose custody. HE is the only one who can do anything legally in this situation, YOU need to step out of the picture, because legally you have no say or standing at all:no:

If you are in anotehr country it is going to be bear impossible for your husband to secure custody. He needs to talk to an attorney in the county that has jurisdiction. Just because mom is a felon does not necessarily mean she has less rightd, alot of it depends on the crime she committed.
