Corporate Law Stockholders owe me money after sale of business

I was a 50% stockholder with two other stockholders, each of them owning 25% of the shares. We agreed to sell the business a few years ago, but I had invested almost a million dollars to keep the business going. They are not willing to pay me their portion. They initiated a law suit, and I counter suied. The judge did not rule, so my attorney appealed and the appeal was denied. He was to depose them in September, but somehow they got around it, for now. I feel like my attorney is dragging his feet--it's been 5 years! Can someone give me some advice?
