Still no support

Since my divorce finalized earlier this year and judgment to my ex-husband last year, my child and I has not received any support at all. I am and have been struggling and it is multiplying quickly. He is living out of country and won't disclose his whereabouts. He still uses and claims he lives with his parents in another country but that is just for paperwork purposes only. What can I do?
