Husband in louisiana....Me in Texas....
i live in texas...i have been married for 17 years...left husband 2 years ago...who lives in Louisiana...he was abusive, i finally got away...originall i left with kids....after a few months he acted as though he was alright with seperation so i allowed kids to visit him and he has never given them back...insists that i will never see children, i do visit often but he keeps a tight leash on, he does not leave our side...there has been no divorce and he insists he will not give me one...if i took my kids while visiting can i be charged with kidnapping?
