I am legally separated and filed for a divorce but they sent back the final paperwork saying it was not filled out right. This happened twice. I could not figure out how to do them correctly. On another note a have not been with my ex in 16 years. I however have been with someone else for 13 years and we have children together. I just wanted to know if the divorce may be final anyway or not, beacuse we would like to get married and I need to know what I would have to do\.
