Step Grand Child

I would like to know what the steps are for enacting my grandparental rights ? We had sole custody of her for 2yrs before her mother got her life stright she now 11 yrs old the mother has remarried and there seems to be something going on in the house when i confronted the mother she has stopped letting us have contact with our grand daughter its been several months. Can someone please advise me on this matter
