I am being charged with a crime in Ohio for third degree felony grand theft. The supposed crime took place between 12/01/98 and 4/15/99. I am curious what statute of limitations would apply in this case.
The case started as a civil contract dispute that I won, and has been appealed and we are waiting for that decision.
