Not sure what your trying to ask here. If you facing a court action and its your fear that an event from years past might effect it ask your Attorney if that info can be surpressed

It depends on who "they" are, and what "they" are trying to do with your past. If you are asking if it goes away, the answer is, "no". It can be expunged and possibly removed from consideration for certain legal issues - but that depends, again, on state law and the specific offense and circumstances.
