Would like to know the statute of limitations in California for the following please:

1. Illegal occupation of another person's home and trashing/ransacking of another person's home (damages in excess of $10,000);

2. Theft of property from another person's home;

3. Unauthorized use of another person's Social Security number to make a telephonic transfer of funds from savings account to checking;

4. Forgery of checks;

5. Unauthorized use of ATM card to remove funds from bank account;

6. Written and oral threats to kill or have someone killed (hiring a hit man). One of the written threats was mailed to the prospective victim in another state.

And ...

If a person is arrested in California and posts bond, then is extradited to Connecticut and taken into custody when the California hearing comes up and the California court knew the person had been extradited Connecticut and taken into custody, can the California court issue an arrest warrant (FTA) for the person held in custody when that person is in jail in Connecticut -- more than 3,000 miles away?
thanks...
