I married in 1968 in Charleston, SC. In 1969, we bought a home. After 6 abusive years, I moved to GA in 1973 to file an uncontested divorce because I would not live to see myself free of this man. Divorce was final in 07/74.
In 1976 or 1977 he sold the home we had bought together. At that time, I discovered that my name was not on the deed and he received all the proceeds.
Do I still have the right to my share of the sale and do I have a right to a share of his pension during the years we were together or has it been too long?
