Yeah, I was just wondering if anyone could tell me the statue of limitations of Missappropiate Personal ID Document/info, statue 943.201(2), and Credit Card Fradulent Use, statue 943.41(5)(a). In Wisconsin if that matters. Just wondering, ya know. Or a website that would help me find out would be appreciated. Thanx.

It seems like they are criminal violations.

From what I see prosecutions for criminal conduct is as follows: 3 years for a misdemeanor and 6 years for a felony. Prosecution is "commenced" when a warrant or summons is ussed from the court and and indictment is returned or if the information has been filed with the court. (See Wisconsin Statutes Section 939.74)
