i had a verbal contract with my ex roomate that went bad.Basicly, he decided he doesnt feel like paying his share of the money so hes not going to. i have all the documents i need proving his share of the bills and i have him admiting in writing what he owes me but saying he wont pay. my problem is i would have to take him to small claims court in san antonio and i recently moved to monterey california and wont be back in that area for 6 months to a year. does any one know what the statue of limitations would be in texas for something like this?
