    is there a statue of limitation on traffic tickets. . . .:confused:
    :( i'm being threaten of callcelation of my drivers by a particular law firm- due too an incident that occured 1998.
    I'm don't remember it . . . . . . it's been so long:confused: .

    do ticket have statue of limitations:confused:

    A law firm threatened to suspend or revoke your driver's license? The State issues driver's licenses as a privilege, and only it can suspend or revoke it (which can also occur by Court Order).

    In which state do you live, and would you care to post a copy of this letter you received? Something doesn't sound right, so if we can see the letter, we might be able to provide more input on this issue.
