Yeah - this hopefully will be done by week's end. I'm going to get the original addition in there which adds in the "state" or "jurisdiction" right below the subject line. Look for that one by tomorrow.

OK - I've already added in a new "jurisdiction" hack for all new threads.
I've also tweaked it so that if the jurisdiction is not required and not entered, the information is not posted in the thread.
I'm going to modify this later in a way that it may make it even easier to show states for each post, but that will require more thought.
